The Nexus 6 and Android 5.0
Lollipop were both officially unveiled on October 15th, and now roughly one
month later they’re both finally available to prospective buyers. Whether
you’ve bought one, or want to see what it has to offer, the quick 10 minute

All of these Nexus 6 tips and tricks
work right out of the box, and many of them are simply new features that are
somewhat hidden an average user may not know about. The video below will help
you learn how to do and enjoy a few more things on the Nexus 6 or Android 5.0
Lollipop.
Tap
& Go
Something that many users will
see first when they boot the phone for the first time. Android 5.0 Lollipop has
a new Tap & Go restore feature, as well as options to restore any
previously own device to your new Nexus 6. This is a huge step forward in
making the transition from an old phone to a new one easier, and you’ll want to
know all about it.
Simply using NFC you’ll tap your
old phone to the new one, and a bluetooth and NFC connection will share all the
info. Everything from apps downloaded, app data, WiFi passwords, user accounts
like Gmail, and more. This makes switching phones extremely easy.
You can skip this and restore
from a list of your currently owned devices if you have a lot, like me, or
setup as new if you’d like. It’s extremely convenient, so give it a try.
