Samsung Galaxy S5, Samsung Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 3 might differ in several ways, but they all do have one thing in common, Samsung KNOX security suite. While Google didn’t put too much emphasis on its relationship with Samsung during the Google I/O 2014, the search giant has now confirmed that the upcoming Android L 4.5/5.0 update is going to come with some of the features of KNOX natively.

In a latest post on the official Android developers blog, Google pointed out how Samsung’s KNOX security suite has been leading the enterprise security solution for quite a while now, and confirmed that in order to promote Android in the commercial establishments, they are now going to incorporate some of the key features of Samsung’s KNOX in the upcoming Android 4.5/5.0 L update. In the blog post, Google reveals that they have been working with Samsung in complete sync around three major areas – ‘Device and Data security’, ‘Support for IT policies and restrictions’ and ‘Mobile application management’.
